Joe is instrumental in the Development, testing and manufacturing of industrial, livestock and consumer odor control products as well as animal health and medical products utilizing patented GREEN technologies that are top performers in their product segment. Primarily focused on odor and wetness elimination, disinfection, hoof and wound care. His team has developed more than 50 products from cradle to grave including product development and testing, branding, product design, package design, Ad design and placement, marketing and sales. Received multiple industry awards including 2 Product of the Year Awards in companion animal market and 1 in Equine and Livestock. Additionally received a Best New Product Award and 2 Editor’s Choice Awards. Granted 7 National Stocking Numbers (NSN) from the U.S. GOV. Developed products selected for Troop Deployment Kits (Assemblages). Most recently his team developed and launched a new line of Industrial Odor Eliminators branded CupriDyne® Clean. Designed to eliminate large scale industrial odors through oxidation. Uses include Livestock Facilities, Landfills, Transfer Stations, Materials Recovery Facilities, Composting Facilities, Wastewater Treatment Plants, Medical Waste Processors, Rendering Plants, Food Production Facilities, Environmental Remediation Sites and others.

AJ Sexton V is the VP of Industrial Sales. Mr. Sexton’s financial services career has encompassed 20+ years and the representation of over 75 different companies culminating in more than $550 million dollars in private equity transactions. In 1992, at the age of 24, AJ founded Sexton Equities, an investment banking and consulting firm specializing in providing capital for small private companies. As a private equity expert, the bulk of his career has been spent identifying quality companies for capital investment, conducting forensic due diligence to minimize downside risk; and then negotiating, structuring & funding the transactions via his network of institutional & high net worth investors. AJ also specializes in the areas of M & A, business development and operational consulting. He Co-Founded We Will Serve in 2008; a nonprofit corporation that enables families-in-need to provide their children with clothing & essential items. The corporation organizes an annual Christmas Tree Drive which provides hundreds of needy families with trees just in time for Christmas. He currently serves as Associate Elder of Mariner’s Church, holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Muskingum University.
Dennis P. Calvert is our Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Calvert holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Wake Forest University, where he was a varsity basketball player. Mr. Calvert also studied at Columbia University and Harding University. He also serves on the Board of Directors at The Maximum Impact Foundation, a 501 (c)(3), committed to bridging the cap for lifesaving work around the globe for the good of man and in the name of Christ. He serves as a member of the Advisory Council for Wake Forest University’s Center for Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship. He serves on the Board of the Cleantech, OC Trade Assoication, serves on its Emerging Technology Committee and is affiliated with its Sustainability Council. He is also an Eagle Scout. He is married to his wife more than 30 years and has two children. He is also an active coach in youth sports organizations and ministry activity in his home community. Mr. Calvert has an extensive entrepreneurial background as an operator, investor and consultant. Prior to his work with BioLargo, had participated in more than 300 consulting projects and more than 50 acquisitions as well as various financing transactions and companies that ranged from industrial chemicals, healthcare management, finance, telecommunications and consumer products.

Tama Tracy heads up our administration department at Odor No More. With over ten years of experience in administration, her expertise includes Warranty Administration, Inventory Control, Contract Management, Finance Administration, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Bookkeeping. Tama’s past experience includes the Automotive and Apparel Industries. Tama has an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology.

Richard Smith, PhD
Dr. Smith received an MSc in Veterinary Microbiology and a PhD in Viral Immunopathology from the University of Saskatchewan and he completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Medical Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Alberta. Dr. Smith has over 15 years of experience in Industry working with several Biotech Companies in Alberta, including ChemBioMed, Alberta Reseach Council, AltaRex and VirRexx. In 2003, Dr. Smith joined the University of Alberta as Coordinator, Research Development & Industry Relations for the Department of Agricultural, Food and Nutritional Science (AFNS) where he assisted academics with research development and program funding. Dr. Smith was actively involved with the many facets of major grants, including NSERC, CRC and CFI applications.
Parastoo Pourrezaei is a technology development specialist in water and wastewater treatment. During her PhD studies in environmental engineering at the University of Alberta, she focused on treatment technologies for oil sands process-affected water, assessing the viability of various physico-chemical remediation techniques in laboratory and larger industrial scale.
She went on to work at Canadian Natural (CNRL) technology development department as a process engineer (EIT). She was part of highly skilled team to help develop new technologies to be implemented in the oil sands giant’s major projects such as Horizon. She enjoyed tackling the main environmental challenges of the oil sands industry such as process water remediation, tailings and extraction processes.
She joined Odor No More in September 2015, bringing in with her 5+ years of research expertise on oil sands process water treatment and more than 2 years of experience in oil sands applied research and development technologies.
Stuart Buckner, PhD
Dr. Buckner is the President of Buckner Environmental Associates LLC, a consulting firm specializing in Organics Management including Composting, Organics Recycling, Anaerobic Digestion, Odor Control, and Compostable Plastics Conference & Exhibition Planning and Management Nonprofit Association Governance and Management Fundraising Campaigns.
He has served as the Organics Conference Chair for WasteExpo and the Organics Editor for Waste360.com at Penton Media Waste Industry Group since 2012. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director for the U.S. Composting Council from 2002-2011 and Director then President at U.S. Composting Council from 1998-2001.
Dr. Buckner received a Masters of Science in Environmental Biology and Marine Science from Adelphi University and a PhD in Environmental Sciences from State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Ahmed Moustafa, PhD
Dr. Moustafa was a Fulbright Scholar at Penn State University and held an Alberta Innovated Technology Futures Scholarship during his PhD at the University of Alberta. He brings a superb skillset to this task, drawing on a PhD in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s in Water Resources Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Environmental Engineering.

Odor No More, Inc., maker of CupriDyne Clean, is a wholly owned subsidiary of BioLargo, Inc. This innovative, science-based partnership takes pride in bringing effective and environmentally friendly odor management solutions to a wide range of markets.
Cheng received his BSc from the University of Alberta, and has worked in the biotechnology field as an analytical chemist. Cheng brings with him expertise in chromatography, spectroscopy and other instruments which will be applied to creating methods for determining the efficacy of the AOS system for removing various contaminants.
Cheng is assisting with both disinfection and decontamination studies with the AOS reactor.
